Booking & payment
How do I book the apartment?
Booking is done directly on our website via the online form. Select your dates, enter your details and proceed to secure card payment. You receive instant confirmation by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, our secure payment system. Payment is encrypted and secure.
Do I pay a deposit or the full amount?
Full payment is required at booking. For early bookings, contact us for a deposit arrangement.
Is there a security deposit?
A €300 security deposit is pre-authorised on your card at arrival. It is not charged and is released within 48h after departure, once the apartment is checked.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Between 14 and 7 days, 50% is retained. Within 7 days of arrival, the full stay is retained.
Arrival & departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am. Different times can be arranged — contact us in advance.
How does check-in work?
We hand over the keys in person on arrival. A detailed arrival guide (address, entry code, parking) is emailed to you 7 days before arrival.
How does check-out work?
Leave the keys in the key box and lock the apartment. Cleaning is included in the fees — just remember to take out the bins.
The apartment
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen (sheets, duvets) and bath towels are included. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
Is cleaning included?
The cleaning fee (€80) covers a full clean on departure. Cleaning is not provided during the stay.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, high-speed fibre is included, at 500 Mbps. Ideal for remote work or streaming.
Is the apartment child-friendly?
Yes. A baby cot (0–3 yrs) and a high chair are available free on request. The apartment suits a couple with a young child.
Are pets allowed?
Small dogs and cats are accepted (max 10 kg) with a €15/night supplement. Please let us know when booking.
Skiing & activities
How far are the ski slopes?
The apartment is very close to the Saint-Gervais ski lifts, gateway to the Évasion Mont-Blanc area (445 km of slopes, 5 linked resorts).
Where can I rent ski equipment?
Several ski rental shops are nearby. We particularly recommend Intersport and Skimium Saint-Gervais.
What to do in summer in Saint-Gervais?
Saint-Gervais is ideal in summer: 200+ km of marked trails, mountain biking, pool, thermal baths, golf in Megève. Chamonix is 30 minutes away.
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking is included in the rental. No extra charge.
